Integrating our solutions into our partners' products, and incorporating their offerings into ours, creates a win-win situation for all involved. We develop partnerships with construction industry-related companies, national and local governments, and NGOs. Our approach is two-fold. We look to establish factories with some partners, and we onboard partners that have products of their own to add value to our own solutions.
With partners looking to commercialize our solutions, we establish factories as JVs to manufacture and commercialize our machines, components and tools for a particular market. Sosaba supports each factory in strategy, operations management, research and development, marketing, and training.
Partners with products of their own, such as fixtures, panelling, roofing, raw materials and services, for instance, work with Sosaba to market their offering to new customers beyond their existing markets. Through our ecosystem we are able to assist our product partners in manufacturing and distribution as well.
We develop relationships with potential partners to better understand each stakeholder beyond confirmation that business objectives are aligned. We believe that partnerships are critical to our success and that the marriage between Sosaba and its partners must be nurtured and supported overtime. We will continue to be selective about our partnerships to protect the integrity of our solutions.
